Legally Committed means irrevocably committed under a legally binding contract between the Grantee and a third party, other than the Commonwealth. • Material includes documents, equipment, software (including source code and object code versions), goods, information and data stored by any means including all copies and extracts of them. • Material change to the Capital Works of a Project: see clause 18. • Minor change to the Capital Works of a Project: see clause 17.

Examples of Legally Committed in a sentence

  • Rights and entitlements upon termination If this Agreement is terminated under clause 22, ARENA is liable to the Recipient only for payments due under clause 4.1 in accordance with this Agreement before the effective date of termination, but only to the extent that those monies have been spent or Legally Committed.

  • If this Funding Agreement is terminated under clause 21 (‘Force Majeure’) or clause 23.2 (‘Termination for Change in Policy’), the Departments are liable to the Recipient (jointly and severally) only for payments due by each Department under clause 6.1(a) before the effective date of termination in accordance with this Funding Agreement, but only to the extent that those monies have been spent or Legally Committed on Eligible Expenditure.
