Legacy Service definition

Legacy Service or “Legacy Service(s)” means any Basic or other Service added from time-to- time that is not currently offered for purchase by new and/or existing Customers through any of Perth Web Hosting’s Service procurement channels.
Legacy Service means the Service defined in clause 1.9. Legal Lessee the person or entity that has a direct agreement with a supplier of telephone services to receive such a service, assumes all liability in respect of such service, and holds the ultimate authority to act in regards to such service.
Legacy Service means the Service defined in clause 1.4.

Examples of Legacy Service in a sentence

  • After any relevant Contract Term expires, we may (at our discretion) continue to provide a Service to you in accordance with the same Service plan and pricing that applied during the Contract Term, even if we no longer offer the Service on those terms to new customers (Legacy Service).

  • Details of the terms of any Legacy Service we supply to you, including pricing, will be made available to you upon request.
