Legacy Providers definition
Legacy Providers. A Provider who billed for services provided to Members in an Attribution Year or for any of the Base Years, but who will not bill for services during the Performance Year. Medicaid Eligibility Group (MEG): Attributed Members will be in one of five MEGs:
