Legacy Projects definition

Legacy Projects means the projects described in the Legacy Fund Distribution Plan, attached as Schedule J to the Settlement Agreement;
Legacy Projects means (a) each Project listed on Schedule 3.17(b), including the Chick Lock Project, Golden Gate Bridge Project, (b) each Project for which Liberty or Chubb Group of Insurance Companies is the lead surety provider and (3) each Project for which AECOM is an indemnitor on the surety bonds.
Legacy Projects means Projects identified or having some activity which may move the Customer to action, prior to the Program Launch.

Examples of Legacy Projects in a sentence

  • Licensor and Licensee will work in good faith to agree on a mutually satisfactory treatment of the project names for the Vistana Legacy Projects in connection with the negotiation of the A&R MVW License Agreement.

  • Licensor and Licensee acknowledge that the Vistana License Agreement will continue to govern the project names of the Vistana Legacy Projects until such time as the MVW License Agreement is amended to govern such project names or the Vistana License Agreement is consolidated into the A&R MVW License Agreement.

  • Provide appropriate support in the development and implementation of the FYLPRO Legacy Projects of the Filipino-American delegates.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Energy efficiency project means an energy efficiency measure or combination of measures undertaken in accordance with a standard offer or market transformation program.

  • Closing Date Business Plan means the set of Projections of Borrowers for the 3 year period following the Closing Date (on a year by year basis, and for the 1 year period following the Closing Date, on a month by month basis), in form and substance (including as to scope and underlying assumptions) satisfactory to Agent.

  • NCZ Examined Project means any Generator or UDR project that is not exempt pursuant to 23.4.5.7.8 and either (i) is in a Class Year on the date the Commission accepts the first ICAP Demand Curve to apply to a Mitigated Capacity Zone or (ii) meets the criteria specified in 23.4.5.7.3(II). An NCZ Examined Project may be at any phase of development or in operation or an Installed Capacity Supplier.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;
