Legacy Pool definition
Legacy Pool means the pool of Gross Receivables owing from Borrowers with respect to Borrower Accounts that were originated prior to September 1, 2010 or otherwise allocated to such pool in accordance with the Sale and Participation Agreement.

Legacy Pool in Section 1.1 of the PSA is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Examples of Legacy Pool in a sentence
Pool Property Availability shall equal the sum of Multi-Family Pool Property Availability and Legacy Pool Property Availability.
On any date of determination, the sum of Multi-Family Pool Value and Legacy Pool Value.
