LEDC definition

LEDC means the Lansing Economic Development Corporation.
LEDC means National Grid, or whatever other local electric distribution company that will be responsible for allocating Utility Credits generated by the Solar Energy Facility.

  • All work submitted by LEDC shall be certified by LEDC and checked for errors and omissions.

  • Failure of LEDC to fulfill such a commitment shall render LEDC liable for damages to the County.

  • This provision does not waive any of L&I’s rights to collect from LEDC.

  • LEDC shall instruct the insurers to give the County thirty (30) calendar days advance notice of any insurance cancellation or modification.
