LED Screen definition

LED Screen means any electronic, flat panel displays, dynamic signs and/or video screens, with associated sound systems, structural supports, towers, lighting and related facilities.

The LED Screen shall be owned by the City as part of the Vertical Infrastructure Improvements and/or the Live!
