LECs definition

LECs means the levy exempt certificates (in units of 1 MWh each) issued by the Authority or its appointed agent to a Generator as evidence that a unit of electricity is exempt from CCL and any replacement or substitute certificate or benefit;
LECs means the incumbent local exchange carrier subsidiaries, and ---- the other related subsidiaries, of GCNA, as specified on Schedule 1.01(a).
