CRO means a contract research organization.
CSO means a combined sewer overflow which is a discharge to the environment at designated location(s) from a Combined Sewer or Partially Separated Sewer as per Table B4 that usually occurs as a result of precipitation when the capacity of the Sewer is exceeded. An intervening time of twelve hours or greater separating a CSO from the last prior CSO at the same location is considered to separate one overflow Event from another.
FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.

Nothing contained herein shall obligate any Purchaser to purchase any Accepted Note on any day other than the Closing Day for such Accepted Note, as the same may be rescheduled from time to time in compliance with paragraph 2B(7).
