Leave List definition

Leave List means a written list containing the names of Members who have signed up and been approved for time off from work consistent with the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.

Examples of Leave List in a sentence

  • All Members assigned to the Dayshift Section shall sign on the same Leave List.

  • All Members assigned to the Traffic Section shall sign on the same Leave List.

  • The Department’s Staff Sergeants not assigned to another List shall all sign on the same Leave List.

  • The Corporal in charge of the Traffic Unit shall sign on the same Leave List as the Corporal in charge of the CSU, and all Constables assigned to the Traffic Unit shall sign on a separate Leave List.

  • Furthermore, all absences due to sickness must be documented during the time an Employee remains on the Excessive Use of Sick Leave List.

  • This does not apply to employees on the Excessive Use of Sick Leave List, who shall continue to be required to submit a medical certificate for all sick leave used while on the Excessive Use List.

  • An Employee shall remain on the Excessive Use of Sick Leave List for one (1) year from the date of being placed on the List.

  • Employees who are placed on the Excessive Use of Sick Leave List shall earn sick leave at half the regular rate until they have been removed from the list, not be paid for the first day of sick leave for the next four (4) occasions or the next twelve months, whichever is shorter.

  • The Staff Sergeant in charge of Human Resources and Sergeant in charge of TRS shall sign on one (1) Leave List.

  • Effective January 1, 1993, any employee placed on the "Excessive Use of Sick Leave List" shall not be paid for the first day of sick leave for the next four (4) occasions or the next twelve (12) months, whichever is shorter.
