In order for a Lessee to participate in a Leasing Event, such Lessee must agree to abide by the terms of the RFQ and submit bids during a Leasing Event.
The Partnership shall pay to the General Partner or its designated Affiliate any Leasing Fees payable hereunder within ten (10) day following the end of the month during which full execution of the document giving effect to the Leasing Event occurred.
Purchaser and Sellers hereby acknowledge and agree that certain of the space within Building 3C (i) constitutes space for which a Leasing Event could occur as provided on Exhibit F-1, (ii) is subject to one or more Expiring Leases as provided on Exhibit F-1, and (iii) constitutes Vacant Space hereunder as provided on Exhibit F-2.
