Leasing Activities definition

Leasing Activities means (i) any lease actually entered into between Landlord and a tenant or other occupant with respect to the Second Expansion Space or (ii) any material lease negotiations then being undertaken or about to be undertaken by Landlord or any Landlord Party (such determination to be made by Landlord in the exercise of its reasonable judgment), in each case, with respect to the 14th floor only. Landlord shall deliver a copy of such lease to Tenant no later than 10 days after the execution of such lease; it being understood that Landlord may redact out of the copy of such lease any portions of such lease that are inapplicable to Tenant (such as, by way of illustration only, the amount of rent or other amounts due thereunder or such other material terms and provisions (other than such terms and provisions relating to the term of the Lease, the conformity with Article XIX and the default, remedy and the holdover provisions)). Tenant agrees to hold any such information it receives under this Section 19.12 in strict confidence, but may use such information in order to enforce its rights hereunder.
