Leased Workers definition

Leased Workers means any worker leased by the “Insured” to perform duties related to the conduct of the “Insured’s” business pursuant to a written agreement between the “Insured” and a labor leasing firm.
Leased Workers means those persons identified on Schedule A who are employed by Donnxxxx xx of the effective date of their assignment to the Company, as supplemented from time to time to include additional Donnxxxx xxxloyees, if any, assigned to the Company as Leased Workers under this Agreement. With respect to persons or positions identified on Schedule A, Donnxxxx xxx substitute a different individual for the individual listed on Schedule A. Dxxxxxxx'x xxxloyees associated with Donnxxxx'x Xxxnd Haven, Michigan facility are not Leased Workers and are not being assigned to the Company pursuant to this Agreement.
