Leased System definition

Leased System shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Leased System means the System, excluding any Footprint Project included in the definition of the “System,” unless (i) such Footprint Project has been placed in service and (ii) a Rent Supplement has been executed with respect to such Footprint Project.
Leased System has the meaning set forth in Section 3.

Examples of Leased System in a sentence

  • Facility Ownership Status:• If purchasing or financing the system, select Customer-Owned System.• If the system is being leased from a third-party vendor\contractor, select Facility Leased System.

  • Subject to necessary regulatory approvals and the penultimate sentence of this Section 1.1, this Agreement is intended by Lessor and Lessee to be a master lease of the Leased System, as it existed as of December 31, 2009 (the “Original Lease Date”), and as it has been or may continue to be altered or expanded thereafter by Footprint Projects in which Lessor has an interest.

  • If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of Annex 2 and the rest of this Contract, the latter shall prevail.

  • The Variable Rent shall be equal to $125 for each standard 5-Procedure Key Card that is delivered during the preceding month for use with such Leased System.

  • The Rent payable by Prime Lessee/Sublessor ---------------- to EVL for each Leased System shall be comprised of Fixed Rent, Variable Rent and Other Charges.

  • Fixed Rent shall be payable with respect to each Leased System in equal monthly increments in arrears on the first day of each month; provided that the first payment of Fixed Rent with respect to each Leased System that is purchased by EVL pursuant to Section 2(b) or 2(c) shall include Fixed Rent for the period from the beginning of the Lease Term of such Leased System to the date of the first payment of Fixed Rent.

  • Upon EVL's request, Prime Lessee/Sublessor shall provide EVL with any information that EVL may reasonably request in order to assess the present and future productivity of Non-Leased Systems for which EVL may wish to exchange a Leased System under this Section.

  • At such times as EVL may reasonably request, Prime ------- Lessee/Sublessor shall provide a written statement of the address of each Installation Site or other location where a Leased System is installed or stored.

  • If a Non-Leased System is ----------------------------- installed at the same Installation Site as a Leased System, the Variable Rent due with respect to the Leased System will be based upon the aggregate number of Key Cards delivered to operate the Leased System and the Non-Leased System.

  • In the event such election is made, EVL will transfer title (free and clear of all incumbrances) to the Leased System to Prime Lessee/Sublessor and Prime Lessee/Sublessor shall transfer title to the Non-Leased System to EVL, and the Non-Leased System shall thereupon become a Leased System for purposes of this Agreement.

Related to Leased System

  • Leased space means a self−service storage unit or a space located within a self−service storage facility that a lessee is enti- tled to use for the storage of personal property on a self−service basis pursuant to a rental agreement and that is not rented or pro- vided to the lessee in conjunction with property for residential use by the lessee.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • interconnected system means a number of transmission and distribution systems linked together by means of one or more interconnectors;

  • Leased Area means the Crown land referred to in, subclause (1) of clause 9 hereof; [“mineral lease”] 4

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Leased Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Building system means plans, specifications and documentation for a system of manufactured factory-built structures or buildings or for a type or a system of building components, including but not limited to: structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or plumbing systems, and including such variations thereof as are specifically permitted by regulation, and which variations are submitted as part of the building system or amendment thereof.

  • Utility system means a water system, solid waste

  • Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.

  • Licensed System means, collectively:

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) owned by the Company and used to measure Dependable Capacity and the delivery by the Company and receipt by BPDB of Net Energy Output;

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.
