Leased Restaurant. Any Restaurant in which the Company holds a leasehold interest in the real property upon which such Restaurant is located.

Leased Restaurant means one of the Company Restaurants, the land and/or building for which is leased by Seller pursuant to a Lease described on SCHEDULE 1.C.. "LEASED RESTAURANTS" means such twelve (12) Leased Restaurants, collectively.
