Leased Portfolio means the portfolio of vehicles that are (i) for U. S. federal income tax purposes owned by the Company or any of its subsidiaries on the Effective Date and (ii) as of the Effective Date, subject to a lease under the different lease programs of any of the Company or its subsidiaries.
