Leased Equipment Notes means the notes, certificates or instruments ---------------------- issued pursuant to the Leased Aircraft Indentures in respect of the Leased Aircraft, collectively, and in each case, any Leased Equipment Notes issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of such Equipment Note Indentures.
