Lease Yield definition

Lease Yield means the ratio, as of any particular date, stated as a percentage, of (i) the aggregate Minimum Rent (as defined in the Master Lease) payments under the Master Lease allocated to the Projects as of such date to (ii) the outstanding principal balance of the Loan as of such date.
Lease Yield means the Yield of the Lease calculated in accordance with Section 1.148-4 of the Regulations.

Examples of Lease Yield in a sentence

  • Any interest earnings or investment gains realized from the investment of such Proceeds may be reinvested pending disbursement in obligations that bear a Yield in excess of the Lease Yield.

  • The Proceeds of the Lease deposited to the Escrow Account to be used to accomplish the advance refunding of the 2015 Lease may not be invested in obligations bearing a Yield in excess of the Lease Yield.

  • The City covenants not to invest such Investment Proceeds after such one-year period at a Yield in excess of the Lease Yield.

  • If on any Computation Date the aggregate amount earned on Nonpurpose Investments in which the Gross Proceeds of the Lease are invested is less than the amount that would have been earned if the obligations had been invested at a rate equal to the Lease Yield, such deficit may be withdrawn from the Rebate Fund.
