The terms "Lease Term" or "Term" shall mean the period between the Commencement Date and the Expiration Date (as such terms are hereinafter defined), unless sooner terminated or renewed as otherwise provided in this Lease.
The words "Lease Term" or "Term" as used in this Lease, shall mean the term of this Lease, as the same may be extended by Tenant pursuant to this section.

The term "Lease Term" or "Term" shall mean the period between the Commencement Date and the Expiration Date (as such terms are hereinafter defined), unless sooner terminated or renewed as otherwise provided in this Lease.
The term of this lease shall commence on the date hereof (the "Lease Date") and shall end Sixty (60) months after the "Rent Commencement Date," as hereinafter defined and which is sometimes referred to as "Lease Term" or "Term".

This Lease shall be for a term of two (2) years, commencing on the 15th day of October 2000, and ending on the 14th day of October, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "Lease Term" or "Term"), unless sooner terminated or extended as provided herein, and subject to adjustment as noted in Section 8 herein.
This Lease shall be for the term of sixty (60) calendar months (the "Lease Term" or "Term"), commencing on May 1, 1998 (Commencement Date") unless sooner terminated or extended as provided herein.
The period between the Lease Commencement Date and the Termination Date shall be referred to as the "Lease Term" or "Term." The Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that certain obligations under the provisions of this Lease may be binding upon them prior to the Lease Commencement Date, such as, but not limited to, the provisions of Exhibit C, and Landlord and Tenant shall be bound by such provisions prior to the Lease Commencement Date.
