In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Lease, Settlement Agreement and/or the terms of this First Amendment, the terms of this First Amendment shall govern.
This Agreement settles and resolves all disputes, disagreements, claims, and conflicts between the Parties arising out of or relating to the Lease, Settlement Agreement, Litigation and Receivership.
