Lease Return definition

Lease Return means the date on or after the expiration of the initial [***] Lease term upon which the redelivery certificate for the applicable Aircraft with two (2) installed Engines is executed by AIRLINE and Lessor.

Examples of Lease Return in a sentence

  • Tenant’s delivery of possession of Suite 263 to Landlord as required in this Section VII shall be referred to as the “Suite 263 Lease Return Date”.

  • For the purposes of clarity, a Restoration Shop Visit that would have been required before Vuela extended the actual lease return date for an Eligible Engine pursuant to (ii) above and that occurs during the Lease Return Extension Period shall continue to be a Restoration Shop Visit covered under the FHA.

  • Lessee shall pay Lessor the sum of $878,000.00 on the Termination Date towards the cost of complying with the testing, inspection, overhaul and repair requirements of Paragraph 10 of the Lease ("Return Conditions").

  • For a Restoration Shop Visit necessary to meet the Lease Return Condition of an Eligible Engine, such Restoration Shop Visit shall not occur more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the Lease Return Date for such Eligible Engine provided that an induction slot in a Maintenance Center is available within such one hundred and twenty (120) day period.

  • If such 2017 Lease Month-to-Month Renewal Term Termination Notice is given by either Party, the Lessee shall be deemed to have elected the 2017 Lease Return Option at the end of such 2017 Lease Month-to-Month Renewal Term.

  • The Performance Credits represent penalty charges that may be imposed by the leasing company to Aetna for each Lease Return device that is not returned pursuant to the lease schedule.

  • If such 2017 Lease Month-to- Month Renewal Term TerminationNotice is given by either Party, the Lessee shall be deemed to have elected the 2017 Lease Return Option at the end of such 2017 Lease Month-to-Month Renewal Term.

  • As a result of an inspection conducted on N/A or as a result of information disclosed by Lessee to Lessor, Lessor has determined ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s use and/or maintenance and repair of the Unit has not been in confor mity with the representations made by Lessee in the Lease Return Conditions Agreement (also called an Application Survey) (the “Return Agreement”) executed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or as required by the Lease.

  • Lessee shall pay Lessor the sum of $878,000.00 on the Termination Date as a partial payment towards the cost of complying with the testing, inspection, overhaul and repair requirements of Paragraph 10 of the Lease ("Return Conditions").

  • Exhibit I, Eligible Engine Lease Return Conditions, is hereby added to the FHA and is attached hereto as Appendix 3.
