If Lessee exercises the option to renew this Lease, such renewal shall be upon the terms and conditions of this Master Lease and the applicable Lease Line Schedule, for a rental period and rental amount to be agreed upon by Lessee and Lessor.
If at any time the actual aggregate Cost of all Equipment exceeds the Master Lease Line, the Advance Rental shall be increased proportionately.
Upon Lessee's request, Lessor may, but shall have no obligation to, fund a Schedule which would cause the aggregate Cost of Equipment on all Schedules funded under this Lease to exceed the Master Lease Line.
Lessor leases to Lessee and Lessee leases from Lessor the personal property described in each Equipment Schedule executed pursuant hereto, subject to the terms and conditions of this Master Equipment Lease Agreement ("Master Lease") and the applicable Lease Line Schedule (defined below).
Any notices or demands required or permitted hereunder shall be given to the parties in writing and by personal delivery, regular or certified mail, facsimile or telegram at the address set forth in the Lease Line Schedule or to such other address as the parties may hereafter substitute by written notice given in the manner prescribed in this Section.
