Lease Extensions. The leases set forth on SCHEDULE 7.6 hereto shall have been extended on a basis not materially less favorable to the Businesses than the terms and conditions set forth on SCHEDULE 7.6 hereto.

Lease Extensions means the First Lease Extension and the Second Lease Extension unless the context requires otherwise and “Lease Extension” means any one of them.

Examples of Lease Extensions in a sentence

  • The Lessee(s), if requested by Lessor, agrees to fully cooperate and adjust any clerical errors on any and all paperwork for Lease Agreement, Addenda, or Lease Extensions.
