Lease Default Rate definition

Lease Default Rate. The lower of (a) fourteen percent (14%) per annum, or (b) the highest rate permitted to be contracted for under applicable Law.
Lease Default Rate the lower of (a) five percent (5%) per annum above the greater of (i) the Prime Rate as in effect from time to time, or (ii) the Interest Rate then in effect, or (b) the highest rate permitted to be contracted for under applicable Law. “Prime Rate” means the current rate of interest per annum announced from time to time by Citibank N.A. It is the intention of the parties hereto to conform strictly to the applicable usury Laws, and whenever any provision herein provides for payment by Tenant to Landlord of interest at a rate in excess of the highest legal rate permitted to be charged, such rate herein provided to be paid shall be deemed reduced to such highest legal rate.
Lease Default Rate means the lower of (a) five percent (5%) above the Alternate Base Rate (as defined in the Loan Agreement) or (b) the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

  • Post-Default Rate means, (a) in respect of any principal of any Loan or any Reimbursement Obligation, the rate otherwise applicable plus an additional two percent (2.0%) per annum, and (b) with respect to any other Obligation, a rate per annum equal to the Base Rate as in effect from time to time plus the Applicable Margin for Base Rate Loans plus two percent (2.0%).
