learning provider definition
learning provider. (“darparwr dysgu”) means a person by whom education or training leading to a qualification is provided;
learning provider means all institutions or organisations providing lifelong learning within the context of the Integrated Programme, or within the limits of its Specific Programmes;
learning provider means a person or body who is a qualifying person or body as specified in regulation 5, and who provides approved learning;
