Learning Partner will not use the Personal Information in any manner beyond the specific purpose(s) for which the individual provided it, unless there has been adequate disclosure of the additional purpose(s) and the individual has consented.

Learning Partner will promptly correct any specified misuses of Microsoft’s Trademarks.
Learning Partner must immediately stop all use of the Marketing Materials and all Marketing Activity related to this Agreement.
Microsoft will reimburse Learning Partner the applicable payout percentage (based on points earned) of actual and reasonable third party fees paid by Learning Partner for each Approved Marketing Activity not-to-exceed the amount listed for that Marketing Activity in its Marketing Plan.
