Learning Credits definition

Learning Credits means prepaid credit units which Customer may redeem for Learning Services, including Instructor-Led Trainings, Packaged Certifications, Certification Exams, and/or Membership Subscriptions. The quantity of Learning Credits required for a particular Learning Service is described on the Platform. Learning Credits may not be reused.
Learning Credits means pre-purchased amounts of credit which can be used to purchase Learning Services;

Examples of Learning Credits in a sentence

  • The Training Learning Credits are not transferable to other entities and are non-refundable.

  • The Training is only valid for the number of Training Learning Credits, courses, dates and times (including the start and end date), locations, delivery mechanisms (i.e. onsite, virtual or other), and number of participants specified in the Statement of Work.

  • If Customer is purchasing a product specific e-learning Passport (a purchase of either limited or unlimited access to product specific e-learning courses over the agreed period or a package of Training Learning Credits (a purchase of credits which will be applied to future Training)), Supplier will invoice the Customer upon signing of the contract or Statement of Work.

  • Training Learning Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work or contract.

  • Customer may not cancel or reduce the number of Learning Credits ordered.

  • Any Learning Credits not redeemed by Customer within the Validity Period will be forfeited.

  • These include ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ESAs, Hope /American Opportunity Credits, Lifetime Learning Credits and “qualified United States savings bonds” described in Code Section 135 (“qualified U.S. savings bonds”).

  • Learning Credits are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery (“Validity Period”).

  • Customer’s administrator will be provided access to the Platform to manage consumption of the Learning Credits.

  • Withdrawals from an Account may affect other education tax incentives available to an Account Owner, including but not limited to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Education Savings Accounts, the American Opportunity Tax and Lifetime Learning Credits, the deduction for qualified tuition and related expenses, and the deduction for interest on Student Loans.

Related to Learning Credits

  • Learning Programme means a programme of education and/or training delivered by the Provider under this Agreement;

  • 9% Credits means Federal Credit allocated on a competitive basis under the provisions of this Plan.

  • Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Tax Credits means any and all (a) investment tax credits, (b) production tax credits and (c) similar tax credits or grants under federal, state or local law relating to the construction, ownership or production of energy from the System.

  • Blended learning means a hybrid instructional delivery model where pupils are provided content, instruction, and assessment, in part at a supervised educational facility away from home where the pupil and a teacher with a valid Michigan teaching certificate are in the same physical location and in part through internet-connected learning environments with some degree of pupil control over time, location, and pace of instruction.
