Learner record definition
Learner record means any item of information (in handwriting, print, tape, film, computer, or other medium) directly related to an identifiable learner and maintained or required to be maintained by the School or any employee in the performance of his/her duties. Learner records are divided into the following three categories: (1) mandatory permanent learner records; (2) mandatory interim learner records; and (3) permitted learner records.
