Learn and Develop. As a community, we develop an under- standing of each other’s differences and realization of similarities, because understanding is the first step towards equity. We learn that these differences do not undermine our ability to work, study, and live together. We develop this understanding through the fostering of respectful and thoughtful conversation and creative and collaborative programming.
