LEAP Commuted Sum definition
LEAP Commuted Sum means the total annual cost of maintaining the LEAP multiplied by insert figure where the annual cost of maintaining the LEAP shall be calculated by reference to the Standard Adoption Costing Form (substantially in the form attached to this Agreement at Appendix 1) as set out in a written notice from the Council (as agreed by the Owner)
