League Matches definition

League Matches means league matches within a league competition organised by the League, excluding any play-off matches.

  • Permission to attend League Matches is solely at the discretion of the League.

  • Each of the parties hereto hereby represents and warrants to the other parties that it has full power, authority and legal right to execute and deliver this Agreement and to keep, observe and perform all the terms and provisions of this Agreement on its part to be kept, observed or performed hereunder, and that this Agreement constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligations of such party enforceable against such party in accordance with its terms.

  • Premiership and A League Matches: the protocol set out in the Premiership and A League Regulations.
