Leading Hands definition

Leading Hands means a worker appointed as such by the employer and who, in addition to ordinary duties is required to supervise other workers.
Leading Hands. A Leading Hand is a 'hands on' employee appointed by the Company and allocated responsibilities determined by the Company to assist in the good order of work flow in an operating area.

Related to Leading Hands

  • Leading Hand means an employee who is given by the employer, or the employee’s agent, the responsibility of directing and/or supervising the work of other persons, or in the case of only one person, the specific responsibility of directing and/or supervising the work of that person.
