Leading Hand means an employee who is given by the employer, or his/her agent, the responsibility of directing and/or supervising the work of other persons, or in the case of only one person, the specific responsibility of directing and/or supervising the work of that person.
Major very major". These represent a scale of demand; the individual phrases should be interpreted accordingly.
commercial fishing means to take, harvest, hold, transport, or off-load marine species for sale or intended sale (R.I. Gen. Laws § 20-1-3).
Markets means the stock exchanges and regulated markets set out in Appendix I;
Relevant Interbank Market means in relation to euro, the European interbank market and, in relation to any other currency, the London interbank market.
Index Currency means USD.
Commercial means profit-seeking production, buying, or selling of any good, service, or other product.
Negotiation means a transfer of possession, whether voluntary or involuntary, of an instrument by a person other than the issuer to a person who thereby becomes its holder.
Federation means Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec.
LIBOR Currency means the currency specified on the face hereof as to which LIBOR shall be calculated or, if no currency is specified on the face hereof, United States dollars. “LIBOR Page”
Transactions means the execution, delivery and performance by the Loan Parties of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, the borrowing of Loans and other credit extensions, the use of the proceeds thereof and the issuance of Letters of Credit hereunder.
Confederation means a group of National Federations, recognized by AIBA and belonging to the same continent;
Negotiations means meeting and conferring in good faith by a local board of trustees and the authorized local education organization, or the respective designated representative of both parties for the purpose of reaching an agreement, upon matters and conditions subject to negotiations as specified in a negotiation agreement between said parties.
Syndication means an extension of credit in which two or more persons fund and each person is at risk only up to a specified percentage of the total extension of credit or up to a specified dollar amount.
Market means in any part of the world:
Stadium means a multipurpose stadium suitable for NFL football and a broad range of other civic, community, athletic, educational, cultural, and commercial activities.
Hong Kong Dollar or “HK$” or “HKD” means the lawful currency for the time being and from time to time of Hong Kong.

Eurozone means the region comprised of member states of the European Union that adopt the single currency in accordance with the Treaty establishing the European Community, as amended;
Hong Kong Dollars means the lawful currency of Hong Kong.
International Bureau means the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization;
Stage means level of progress of the works identified as such and more particularly described in the Employer’s Requirements for which a Key Date for the achievement thereof is stipulated in the Contract.
Crisis means an actual or perceived urgent or emergent situa tion that occurs when an individual's stability or functioning is dis rupted and there is an immediate need to resolve the situation to pre vent a serious deterioration in the individual's mental or physical health, or to prevent the need for referral to a significantly higher level of care.
Industry means those parties involved in the generation, transmission, distribution and retailing of electricity in New Zealand;
Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.
China means the People's Republic of China; when used in geographical sense, means all the territory of the People's Republic of China, including its territorial sea, in which the Chinese laws relating to taxation apply, and any area beyond its territorial sea, within which the People's Republic of China has sovereign rights of exploration for and exploitation of resources of the sea-bed and its sub-soil and superjacent water resources in accordance with international law;
