Leader Development Plan definition

Leader Development Plan means the written plan, including specified tasks and processes, for a Leader's continued development following completion by the Coach of the Coaching Assignment. The Leader Development Plan is tailored to a specific Leader and is developed by the Coach in accordance with Citizens' directives.
