The Employer, in its sole discretion, may select Pharmacy Technicians to become Lead Technician, whose additional duties may include, but not limited to: training and development of personnel for/in pharmacy; assist or be responsible, as directed by a Pharmacy Manager, for workflow processes, product ordering, inventory control, returns, financial record keeping, price changes, third party administration, customer service programs, special projects or any other duties as may be assigned.
