The Incident Lead, Team Leader and other parties will determine if additional processes are necessary to monitor for this type of attack in the future; if so, these processes will be specified and developed.
The Company will provide the International Union Safety and Health Department with a copy of the fatal accident report that is given to the Union members of the Joint Health and Safety Lead Team.
