Top Suppliers has the meaning set forth in Section 3.26(a).
Suppliers -- shall mean any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.
TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.
Preferred Supplier means a person named in Schedule F;
Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.
