Lead Structural Engineer definition

Lead Structural Engineer means the Design-Builder’s designated person who shall have primary responsibility for the design of all Structural elements of the Project. Such individual shall be a licensed New York State Professional Engineer.
Lead Structural Engineer means a Principal Participant, Specialty Subcontractor, or in-house engineer that leads the team furnishing or performing the structural design of the Project.
Lead Structural Engineer means the person designated by DB Contractor responsible for overseeing the design and construction of all structural elements of the Project such that each is complete and design requirements are met, as more particularly described in Section 21.1.1 of the Design-Build Specifications.
