Written comment must be submitted to the Chair and/or Lead Staff prior to the meeting at which the topic is to be discussed.
If a member misses two consecutive meetings without having notified the Chair or Lead Staff, the member will be contacted.
Proposed agenda items must be submitted to the Chair or Lead Staff two weeks prior to the next scheduled meeting.
