The purpose of the meeting will be to: a) identify the Lead Service Provider; b) discuss Clients’ goals and needs (if not already identified); and c) identify and share the services available in Western Sydney to potentially support the Clients.

Neither Party will provide any Services hereunder unless and until each Party has mutually agreed on the Lead Service Provider, the Receiving Party, the scope of Services, the Services Fee (defined below), and an agreed upon budget for or each category of the Services, as such Services are provided.
