Lead Real Estate Developer definition

Lead Real Estate Developer means the entity that will be primarily and directly responsible for the real estate development of the Triangle. If this role will be performed by a Joint Venture, then all members or partners of that Joint Venture will be considered to be the Lead Real Estate Developer and, consequently, each of them will be considered to be Major Participants.
