Lead Production definition

Lead Production means either: (i) the quantity of Refined Pb measured in pounds that is outturned to the Owner’s account by a refinery; or (ii) the recoverable and saleable quantity of Pb contained in Pb bearing ores, metals (metals shall include bullion, concentrates or other forms) derived from operating the Property as a mine to which has been applied the least number of treatments or processes necessary to render the minerals into a substance or state for which there is a commercially significant market of arm’s length sales or purchases between unrelated parties;

Examples of Lead Production in a sentence

  • Vacancies for the following positions shall be posted for a minimum of ten (10) duty days and shall be filled by the most qualified candidate: Person in Charge I, Person in Charge II, Lead Production Worker, Manager Trainees.

  • The following classifications are required to complete the certification process, Lead Catering, Lead Production Cook, and Lead Food Service Worker.

  • The higher duties allowance will be the lower of a 6% increase to the Employee's rate of pay as per clause 8.1(b) or the Lead Production Technician Level 2 rate plus 4% Shift Supervisor Allowance.

  • Where an Employee is appointed to the role of ‘Shift Supervisor’, they will be paid an allowance of 4% of Lead Production Technician Level II in addition to the rate of pay for their classification as set out in 8.1(b).
