Lead Personnel definition

Lead Personnel means the individuals identified as such on Attachment 4 to Exhibit L.

Examples of Lead Personnel in a sentence

  • Prime Time Site Lead Personnel – principal or administrator of the building in which they are assigned.

  • The Supplier shall offer a minimum of four specialisms as detailed in paragraph 8; the Suppliers’ Lead Personnel shall be a qualified member of one or more of the professional bodies, or equivalent, as detailed in paragraph 8.1 and the Supplier shall provide to the Contracting Authority, an audit of process compliance in accordance with paragraph 8.2. 5.

  • Lead personnel selected by the Company under Article 4, Lead Personnel of the Gateway Operational Supplement, shall receive additional compensation in the amount of fifty cents ($0.50) per hour above their applicable straight-time hourly wage rate under this Agreement only for days worked in a lead capacity.

  • If the employee is not satisfied with the reason(s) provided, he/she may request a review of the decision by the Lead Personnel Agent.

  • The Lead Personnel shall provide program level quality control and oversight of Specific Projects.

  • In addition, a Lead Person(s) may be assigned to any of the foregoing departments, as the Employer deems appropri- ate, to fulfill the operational needs of the business, as provided in Article 4 (Lead Personnel) of the Gateway Operational Supplement.

  • Lead personnel selected by the Employer under Article 6, Lead Personnel, shall receive additional compensation in the amount of fifty (50) cents per hour above their applicable straight-time hourly wage rate under this Agreement only for days worked in a lead capacity.

  • The Host Institution shall on a periodic basis submit to Grantor progress reports prepared by the Project Lead/ Personnel in respect of the progress and results of the Project (“Periodic Progress Reports”).
