Lead Party definition

Lead Party has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.1.
Lead Party means the Party whose policies are determined under section 3.1 to apply to an Invention.
Lead Party means the Applicable Party if there is only one Applicable Party for all Inventors, or as otherwise determined under section 4.2.

More Definitions of Lead Party

Lead Party means the City Council or such other Party as the Parties may from time to time agree during the term of this Agreement;
