Lead Molecule definition

Lead Molecule means a Collaboration Molecule that satisfies the Lead Criteria as determined by the Program Committee and confirmed by JBI acting in good faith.
Lead Molecule means the specific chemical entity responsible for ------------- identified Requisite Activity in a Lead Extract and/or any analogs, derivatives and homologs of such a specific chemical entity which are synthesized, identified or produced on the basis of such specific chemical entity or Lead Molecule derived above.
Lead Molecule means, with respect to an Approved Collaboration Target, the lead Small Molecule arising out of the Research Program directed to that Approved Collaboration Target.

  • Except as otherwise set forth in a corresponding Research Plan, EXS shall deliver a Development Candidate Data Package for the Lead Molecule for an Approved Collaboration Target first and shall deliver a Development Candidate Data Package with respect to [***] Back-Up Molecules [***] for such Approved Collaboration Target by no later than [***] months following the delivery of the Development Candidate Data Package for the Lead Molecule.
