LEAD MEMBERS definition

LEAD MEMBERS means the Chair, Vice Chair and Party Group Leaders of Authorities means all data, text, graphics, images and other materials or documents created, used or supplied by an Authority in connection with this Agreement (unless before the first use or supply, the Authority notifies the others that the data, text supplied by it is not to be covered by this definition);
LEAD MEMBERS means those actions identified as Key Procurement Functions in the first column of the table set out in Schedule 1 (Project/Procurement Milestones); means the Chair, Vice Chair and Party Group Leaders of Authorities

Related to LEAD MEMBERS

  • Lead Member shall, in the case of a joint venture, mean the member of such joint venture who shall have the authority to bind the contractor and each member of the Joint venture; and shall be deemed to be the Contractor for the purposes of this Agreement; the Lead Member shall itself undertake and perform at least 51% (fifty one per cent) of the total length of the Project Highway;

  • Board Members means the Directors or Trustees of the governing body of the Fund, as the case may be.

  • Class B Members means the Members holding Class B Units.

  • Committee members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;
