Lead Management Software definition
Lead Management Software or "Software" shall mean HTML code, source and object code, related files, the user interface, technical design, documentation, and other content provided by Vendor to Affiliated Entities, which provides functionality in support of Vendor's Lead Management Services, including any revisions, updates, or customization to such Software, or any derivative works based thereon.
