Lead Indications definition

Lead Indications means those indications set forth in the Global Development Plan and Budget, as Previously Disclosed.
Lead Indications means the Target Indication and the Additional Indication.
Lead Indications means: (a) the treatment of candidemia and/or invasive candidiasis (the “Treatment Indication”); and (b) the prophylaxis of invasive fungal infections in adult allogeneic blood and marrow transplant recipients (the “Prophylaxis Indication”).

  • The Parties acknowledge that they may wish to Develop a Product for use together, or in combination, with one or more Agents for one or more Indications in addition to those Lead Agents and Lead Indications set forth in the Global Development Plan and Budget as Previously Disclosed.

  • Following the Transfer Date, Melinta shall be responsible for the costs it incurs in complying with its monitoring obligations under the PV Agreement and in reporting relevant information to Cidara with respect to the Current Product for the Lead Indications.

  • At Agent’s request, the Beneficiaries shall take all actions reasonably required to reduce the amount available to be drawn under the Letter of Credit by amounts credited against the Guaranteed Amount; provided, however, that the Letter of Credit shall not be reduced below three (3) weeks of estimated Expenses.

  • The parties acknowledge that the scope of the Global Development Plan and the Mundipharma Territory Plan as of the Effective Date is limited to development of Lead Indication Product for the Lead Indications and the Pediatric Licensed Product.

Related to Lead Indications

  • Second Indication means [***].

  • First Indication means the first disease condition for which a particular Licensed Product has been approved by a Regulatory Authority.

  • Clinical Studies means human clinical trials for a Licensed Product and any other tests and studies for a Licensed Product in human subjects.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
