Lead Estimator definition

Lead Estimator means the Key Person identified in the Project Specific Information (Preconstruction Phase) as responsible for cost controls, estimating, and budgeting for the Work, or approved replacement.
Lead Estimator means the individual from the Proposer's organization responsible for cost estimation activities during the Preconstruction Phase as defined in Section 4.3.6(G).

  • Project Manager, Project Construction Manager, Lead Estimator, Scheduler, Preconstruction Manager, CMGC Specialist and additional key personnel as appropriate with consultation with the department Project Manager shall plan to attend two (2) formal risk analysis meetings.
