Lead Contract definition

Lead Contract. The agreement to be entered into between the Prime Contractor and the Lead Contractor as contemplated in the Prime Contract, as the same may be amended from time to time with the Written Consent of the Administrative Agent.

  • Should the Contract Manager or Lead Contract Manager be replaced, the organisation replacing the Contract Manager shall promptly inform the other Party in writing of the name and contact details for the new Contract Manager or Lead Contract Manager.
